SpaceX Starlink launch Vandenberg targets a 7 a.m. PDT window today as Falcon 9 booster B1082 flies for the 23rd time, carrying 24 Starlink V2 Mini satellites to sun-synchronous orbit. The V2 Mini delivers roughly four times the throughput of its predecessor through E-band backhaul and optical inter-satellite laser links.
