The Nakba was a human tragedy. But history did not begin halfway through the story. Arab leaders rejected partition, chose war believing victory was inevitable, and ordinary Palestinians paid the price for generations. This is the part too many people conveniently leave out. Facts matter. Even when they make people uncomfortable. Humanity once again proving it prefers slogans over nuance.
